Non-destructive test

    In addition to the increase in the use of steel due to the increase in size and length of the structure, the method of evaluating the integrity of the weld is becoming important. Therefore, Misung has the ability to read and evaluate the results according to the relevant standards and specifications, with a sense of responsibility for performing perfect inspections, and to ensure the reliability of steel structures and prevent the source of insolvent construction, direct production inspection and parallel inspection at the forefront of the site. Misung is focusing on securing the perfect quality of the inspected structure, not just the inspection, by providing immediate cause analysis and repair plans during construction for defects that appear after non-destructive inspection with long-term experience and technology.

  • Definition of Non-Destructive Testing

    Non-destructive testing applies physical energy (sunlight, heat, radiation, sound waves, electricity and electrical energy) to the material without changing the prototype and function of a material or product at all. A suitable transducer is used to change the properties and characteristics of applied energy due to the presence of material abnormalities or defects. It refers to all tests that determine the degree of defects or abnormalities in the material by measuring the amount of change in these properties.
